• 1. The subject of the Agreement
• 1.1. The Terms of service ("Agreement") governs the procedure for the use of the Internet site lavona.ru (the "Site") and are concluded between the Smartlink LLC (hereinafter - the "Administration") and the individual (hereinafter - "User"), duly registered on the site in accordance with the rules under section 2 of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, the Site refers to any of its versions, united under the domain name lavona.ru and working for a variety of devices, including web-site version, mobile applications and social networking applications.
• 1.2. The agreement constitutes a public offer, and the users registered on the Site shall be deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.
• 1.3. The agreement may be amended by the Administration without any special notification of the User. The new version of the Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. • 2. Registration, password and security
• 2.1. In order to use the services of the Site, the User must undergo the registration procedure.Afterwards,a unique account (account) will be created for the User.
• 2.2. In order to register a user must complete a registration form placed at lavona.ru/hr/user/registration (hereinafter the "About"). During the registration, the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information about himself as prompted in the questionnaire, and to keep this information up to date.
• 2.3. The registration process includes a confirmation of the e-mailbox (e-mail), indicated by the User in the questionnaire, which is carried by the сlick-through the unique link, sent by the Administration via e-mail, to the page of the lavona.ru
• 2.4. Upon the completion of the registration procedure the user shall use its selected username (unique character account name) and password to access the site. The user is responsible for the security of its own login and password, and for all that will be done on site under the username and password. User agrees to notify the Administration in case of unauthorized (not user's permission) access to the Site with login and password and / or any other breach of security.
• 2.5. The Order of payment procedure is governed by Section 6 of this Agreement.
• 2.7. Administration is empowered to disclose any information applicable under the official request of the state bodies
• 3. The rights and the obligations of the User
• 3.1. During the usage of the Site User is obliged to comply with the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and this Agreement.

• l) not to disrupt the normal operation of the Site.
• 3.5. The User acknowledges that the administration has the discretion to refuse to place the User’s Content or to remove any Content that is posted on the site's service, without notice to the User and any explanation.
• 3.6. User acknowledges and agrees that by posting any Content on the Site (photos, interests, age, and other personal information) user Donates Administration simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Content by any of the playback methods, public display, message broadcasting and cable recycling / transfer and communication to the public. • 3.8. The User guarantees that he is the owner of exclusive rights for the content uploaded to the site. In case the Administration receives the claims from third parties related to the violation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including intellectual property law, the User agrees to his own and at their own expense to settle all claims arising.
• 4. The rights and obligations of the Administration

• 4.2. Administration has the right to request from the User any documents confirming that the user has all the necessary rights for placement of any Content on the Site.
• 4.3. Administration has the right to suspend or terminate User's registration on the Site and / or remove any Content uploaded on the site without notice to the User and / or explanation.
• 4.4. The administration has the right to change the content of the Site at its sole discretion.
• 4.5. The Administration may allow third parties, including publishers and ad networks (hereinafter - the "Partners"), to show advertisements on the site. • 7. Exemption from the guarantees and liability
• 7.1. The administration does not guarantee compliance with the objectives of the specific services of the Site User.
• 7.2. The administration does not guarantee that the services of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that the results that may be obtained by the user will be accurate and reliable. Management reserves the right at any time to close any of the services of the Site.
• 7.3. Administration is not responsible:

• 8. Final Provisions
• 8.1. Any dispute concerning the Agreement between the User and the Administration shall be governed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
• 8.2. Shall the court state any provision of the Agreement invalid, this shall not result in the invalidity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement
